RESILIENCY MOMENTS
The Clinic is excited to launch its second phase of Resiliency Moments: one-on-one creative experiences designed to contribute to the wellbeing of healthcare workers by sharing artistry and empathy.
We are hiring artists in all mediums to create one-on-one interactive online experiences rooted in play and wonder.
Artists will be working in a collaborative environment where they will have the opportunity to develop a meaningful and supportive experience for healthcare workers with the directorial support of The Clinic's director, Tara Rynders, and co-directors, Lia Bonfilio and Jadd Tank.
Characteristics and background we are seeking in artists:

Artists with a background in theater, poetry, storytelling, music, movement, visual arts and more!

Artists with experience creating and interacting with the public through their artwork via performance or teaching.

Artists with experience in improvisation and mindfulness.

Artists with an ongoing personal practice in their respective mediums.

Artists comfortable with online communication platforms.
Prerequisites:

Artists must have access to a strong internet connection.

Artists must have a laptop or desktop device with a working camera.

Artists must have an accessible space to allocate to this experience.
Structure & Compensation:
The positions currently available are project-based, compensation varies from project to project.

Resiliency Moments (October):

Pay: $550
Workload includes:

One hour group onboarding

Solo creation time
-
Collaborative creation time with directors

One hour dress rehearsal
-
Six hours of performance time
In addition, Artists get up to $50 for props and scenery.
