Open Call for Artists

The Clinic seeks artists of diverse mediums to add to our roster of highly skilled facilitators for engagements. Preferred artist candidates will have strengths and experience in combining their art form with virtual facilitation, collaboration, relationship building and attention to authentic virtual presence, kindness and care. BIPOC and LGTBQIA+ artists are strongly encouraged to apply.

Artists will work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop a meaningful and supportive experience for healthcare workers with the directorial support of The Clinic’s leadership team.

Current positions are project-based and include training and mentorship. Compensation, time commitment, and contract varies based on project.

The Clinic serves educators, tech companies, and other corporate spaces that prioritize and invest in relationship building amongst staff and membership.

Creative Community (45-60 minutes): In under one hour, participants reconnect to their creative selves in a safe, virtual environment as professional artists lead participants in self-reflection, art activities, movement, laughter, and play.  Participants experience a deep sense of care, belonging, and meaning as they connect to themselves and each other in an artistic way that allows for deeper Community and deeper relationships with themselves and their co-workers.  Creative Community brings humanity, the arts, and care together in a way that energizes and restores participants during a workday.
