Who We Are
The Art and Heart of Healthcare is a leading innovator in the world of care and wonder inside healthcare systems nationally and globally. Founded in 2010 by the dancing nurse, Tara Rynders, The Art and Heart looks to disrupt our systems of care and offer new ways of tending to and caring for our healthcare teams as they care for our patients. Our mission is founded upon the central theme that all human beings deserve to be seen, heard, and cared for, without discrimination. We believe that when our healthcare teams are seen, heard, and cared for in this way, our patients will be as well.

The Art and Heart of Healthcare celebrates the (Re)Brilliancy in all of us by creating spaces and systems that reflect back the brilliant and resilient humans we are. To do this we focus on strength - based assignments and look at how we can support each other and our clients by focusing our attention and care on long- term relationship building. The Clinic is at a pivotal point in our growth and we are looking for someone who brings innovation, creativity, and strong business skills to join a small team doing big things in healthcare and wellness innovation.

We celebrate and support authentic connections and care by focusing on our four core values:
-
We believe in disruption, wonder, and immersive environments for our healthcare workers to reflect, connect and collectively care for themselves and others.
-
We believe when our healthcare providers are seen, heard, and cared for, then our patients will be as well.
-
We believe that caring for healthcare providers includes looking at personal bias and dismantling individual and systemic racism in hospital settings.
-
We believe resiliency is not something healthcare providers need to work harder at to obtain, but that our healthcare systems must work harder to create more resilient systems for our healthcare providers to thrive in.
At The Art and Heart of Healthcare, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the healthcare industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it. We also believe that inclusivity drives innovation, strengthens our people, improves our service, and raises our excellence. Our success is rooted in creating environments that reflect and celebrate the diverse communities in which we operate and serve, and this is the reason we are committed to amplifying voices from all different backgrounds.
